Oakden Rise Grabs SA’s Attention

Villawood’s new Oakden Rise community in Adelaide has been officially launched by South Australian planning Minister Nick Champion with Torrens MP Dana Wortley and Villawood CEO Alan Miller.

It was great fun all round for the long-awaited 1500-lot new project Villawood is undertaking with the State Government’s Renewal SA.

Families and prospective purchasers enjoyed a welcome to country smoking ceremony, a great carnival with music, food, animals and games and, of course, everything they needed to know about the beautiful Oakden Rise project.

Adelaide media were on hand to capture the event, focussing on our Care Worker Support Program, affordability and the great urban design of the community.
