Care workers save $5K on VillaRange homes!

The Care Worker Support Program Initiative was piloted in Geelong, early in 2018 when it became apparent that people who provide an invaluable service to the community were increasingly unable to afford to live in the communities they served.  Following the success of the Care Worker Support Program, Villawood has extended the initiative nationally across all of Melbourne, Queensland and South Australian projects.

Now, not only are we allocating allotments for care workers to save up to $20,000 on selected land, but we’ve also now applied a $5K rebate to care workers on all VillaRange homes! This means if you are a local care worker, you can choose any design available for sale and save yourself $5K on these architecturally designed homes at Oakden Rise, sustainably built and no surprise build costs.
