Calling All Community Groups

Villawood Properties is again stumping up community bucks to support local groups and residents and calling for applicants to make their best pitch.

We are offering from $500 to $5,000* in grants to successful applicants.

So, tell us about your group or cause – we’d love to hear about the important work you are doing for the local community, and how we can assist!

We’re welcoming applications from groups including cultural, recreation, community, not-for-profit, sporting clubs and schools.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Eligibility

Groups must be local organisations operating for more than 12 months in one of the following areas:

Oakden, Northgate, Northfield, Green Acres, Lightsview, Enfield and Hillcrest.

Please note, you do not have to be a sporting group to qualify, any local community group is welcome to apply.

Applications Open Monday 8th September 2025

Applications Close Monday 13th October 2025

Successful applicants will be contacted mid-October and announced publicly with a giant cheque at our Oakden Rise Display Village Grand Opening / The Good Home Charity Auction on 1st November 2025.

ParaVista Cricket Club!

Congratulations to our first successful local Community Grant applicant:

ParaVista Cricket Club! We provided them with $2000 towards new cricket equipment at our Grand Opening on 29th October, and look forward to working with them further in the future.

Adelaide City Football Club

Our neighbours, Adelaide City Football Club, were also excited to receive $5,000 in community grants to assist the women’s team in the supply of new equipment.

They also supported us by running a great BBQ for everyone at our Oakden Rise community day!
