Congratulations to our successful FY25 community grant applicants!

At Villawood, building new communities goes beyond creating homes — it’s about supporting the local groups and causes that make our neighbourhoods truly thrive. Our annual community grants program is one way we give back and stay connected with the people who bring our developments to life.

We were thrilled to present our FY25 Community Grant sponsorships to this year’s successful recipients at our recent Display Village Grand Opening Event at Oakden Rise this month. Most were able to attend and enjoy the family fun along with a meet and greet with our team!

The successful applicants included:

  • Adelaide City Football Club
  • Northgate Oakden Residents’ Association (NORA)
  • Rotary Club of Lightsview
  • Adelaide Academy of Irish Dancing
  • North East Community House
  • Greenacres Community Garden
  • Modbury community children’s centre
  • AVV Calisthenics Club
  • KSM Academy

A big thank you to everyone who applied, and congratulations to all our incredible community partners making a difference every day.

ParaVista Cricket Club!

Congratulations to our first successful local Community Grant applicant:

ParaVista Cricket Club! We provided them with $2000 towards new cricket equipment at our Grand Opening on 29th October, and look forward to working with them further in the future.

Adelaide City Football Club

Our neighbours, Adelaide City Football Club, were also excited to receive $5,000 in community grants to assist the women’s team in the supply of new equipment.

They also supported us by running a great BBQ for everyone at our Oakden Rise community day!
