A Land Lease Community (LLC) is a secure lifestyle model where you own your home but lease the land it sits on, typically under a long-term agreement. You get exclusive use of the land and access to community facilities, without the high upfront costs of land ownership. The village is owned and operated by Barham and District Services Memorial Club Ltd (cluBarham), a not-for-profit organisation established in the late 1950s to support ex-servicemen and the communities of Barham and Koondrook.
