Each lot at Argyle Park has been cleaned by Villawood Properties’ Maintenance Team prior to settlement. It is the land owner’s responsibility to keep their own lot neat and tidy prior to and during the construction of your home. It is also your responsibility to keep your lot clear of excessive weeds and rubbish.
Each lot at Argyle Park has been surveyed and lot pegs have been installed prior to settlement. Survey pegs can be identified by looking for a white timber stake 50mm by 50mm in each corner of your lot. These pegs will protrude out of the ground by approximately 2-3cm.
