Villawood’s story began in 1989, with a 30-lot development in Bendigo. A syndicate of 16 friends and associates pooled their funds, knowledge and resources to deliver the cul-de-sac named Eaglehawke.
Villawood Properties in one of Australia’s most trusted residential land developers, with a proven track record of 30 years in delivering innovative, community-focused developments.
From modest beginnings developing small subdivisions in Bendigo, to the large scale masterplanned communities we deliver today, our focus has always been on building vibrant communities where people are connected.
There’s been much to celebrate over the last 30 years.
In 2009, there was The Nature of Villawood, which highlighted our focus on nurturing and rehabilitating the strikingly beautiful ecosystems within its communities.
Then in 2014, 25 Years – Real Stories, Real Communities marked our coming of age as Australia’s foremost community developer, noting its players and initiatives, its creativity and breakthrough designs.
In our new publication, simply titled 30, we take these themes further and celebrate the stories of the everyday people living in our wonderful communities and those who helped us make it all happen.
These are the stories people relate about just what Villawood does and how it’s affected their lives, their homes and their families.
We invite you to explore the first chapters of “30” simply by clicking through below.
