Proudly embracing sustainability 

Villawood Properties has been involved with the Sustainable Living Festival since 2005 and is the longest standing partner from the property development industry.  We're proud to be returning in 2018 with South East Water, with an even greater presence at the Festival's Big Weekend, 9-11 February, in a marquee devised to showcase the innovations in sustainability at our Aquarevo community.

The Aquarevo marquee will be located on the Flinders Street side of Federation Square and will provide the public the opportunity to learn more about Australi's most energy and water efficient residential development. Joinng us in the Aquarevo marquee are some of our esteemed builder partners - Arden, Burbank and Simonds - who will be showcasing the innovative home designs they have created specifically for Aquarevo. 

A particular highlight for us this year is "The Future of Living is Now" panel session we are hosting at 1pm on Friday 9 February, which will be introduced by the Sustainable Living Festival's President, Giselle Wilkinson. This informative session will explore the possibilities of smarter water and energy management.  South East Water and Villawood Properties will be joined on stage by Burbank and Simonds in a panel discussion on the intelligent use of water and solar energy at home.
